B&G Transportation completed 48 one-way rides in June 2026, serving 13 unduplicated riders across Dakota County. Zero complaints were received. Two ride requests were unfulfilled (4.2%) due to same-day requests outside current dispatch capacity — both riders were connected with alternative resources. WAV utilization represented 33% of total rides. On-time performance remained at 98%, well above the 85% program target. Service expanded this month to include Inver Grove Heights, adding a new WAV rider (Frances N.) referred through GoDakota Mobility Management.
